For the crew behind the arc

Welder T-Shirts & Blue Collar Apparel

Blue collar shirts for welders, fab shop guys and metalworkers who spend the day with the arc. Classic cotton tees and lightweight dry-fits with the skull and crossed cutlasses print, built for hot shops, long shifts and the drive home. Built by the trades. Worn by the crew.

Why Welders Choose Blue Collar Pimps

A fab shop is the hardest place on a work shirt: heat, sparks, sweat and a weekly beating in the washer. The cotton tees are the heavy duty everyday choice, standard regular fit shirts that hold their shape through the work week, not slim or athletic cut, so you have room to reach over the table and lay bead after bead. Wash cold, inside out, and the skull and crossed cutlasses print keeps its sharp look.

When the shop starts cooking, the dry-fits take over. They are lightweight performance shirts made for hot shops and long days outside, and they dry fast instead of hanging wet on you between welds. The long sleeve version adds a print down the sleeve when you want your arms covered. Most of the crew keeps cotton tees for the everyday and dry-fits for the days the torch runs all shift.

Built by a tradesman, backed by the welding crew

Blue Collar Pimps comes from Red, a body shop guy with over 30 years in the autobody industry. Red built the brand in the Florida Keys, surrounded by commercial fishermen, diesel mechanics, welders, fabricators and fiberglass guys, starting with BlueCollarPimps stickers on everybody's toolboxes, welders, trucks and coolers.

Welders and fab shops have backed this brand from day one. It represents hard-working people. It is not built for the lazy. BlueCollarPimps make shit happen!

Questions from the welding bench

Are these shirts flame resistant?

No. These are apparel, not PPE, and none of them carry a flame resistant rating. Wear the FR gear your shop or site requires, then throw a BCP shirt on for the drive, the cleanup and the rest of the day. The cotton tees are the classic shop shirt and the dry-fits are built for the heat, but neither one is a substitute for real protective gear.

What is the best shirt for hot welding environments?

Reach for a dry-fit. They are lightweight performance shirts made for hot shops and long days outside: they move sweat off and dry fast instead of hanging wet on you. The long sleeve version adds a print down the sleeve when you want your arms covered. If you are not cooking, the cotton tees breathe fine too, and a lot of guys run cotton in the shop and dry-fits on the hot days.

Do you offer bulk orders for welding crews?

There is no bulk order form on the site, but crews are exactly who this brand is for. If you want to kit out your shop, email rojojohnson321@yahoo.com or message @locorojo305 on Instagram and talk to Red directly about sizes and colors for the crew.
